At UBA Solutions, innovation is something we live and breathe. This June, we hosted Agentic Vibes: UBA Hackathon 2026, our company-wide hackathon, back again, with the bar set higher than ever.

This year, we invited teams from across UBA to ideate, prototype, and build AI-powered products that tackle real business challenges. It was fast-paced, collaborative, and genuinely exciting. But before any building could begin, we needed the ideas and that started with our own people.

Every problem statement came directly from our colleagues; nearly 30 real challenges and opportunities submitted from across the Teams. Teams then chose the ideas that excited them most and dove in headfirst, ensuring every project tackled something we genuinely care about.

For two days, our workspace buzzed with energy, brainstorming sessions, rapid prototyping, lots of coffee, and no shortage of collaboration. And while the hackathon officially wrapped after 48 hours, the excitement didn’t stop there. The following week, teams came back together to demo everything they’d built in front of a panel of judges.

The results? Genuinely inspiring. Each team walked away having built a working agent that started life as nothing more than a colleague’s pain point a week earlier; a reminder of just how fast a good idea can move when the right people rally around it.

More than anything, Agentic Vibes reminded us that innovation isn’t only about the final demo. It’s about creating a space where people can experiment, learn, and build together where anyone in the company can raise a real problem and see it turned into a working agent within days.
