Our 20th anniversary wasn’t just about marking milestones; it felt like a moment to pause and truly appreciate one another. Beyond the awards and recognition, it was the simple things that stayed with us: sharing stories, cheering each other on, and spending time together outside of work. And of course, no celebration is complete without a little music and dancing!

There’s something special about seeing colleagues as more than just teammates… laughing together, singing along, and realising how connected we all are, even if we don’t cross paths every day.
