REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS PROCESS:
We follow well-defined stages in the Software Development Life Cycle model, to understand the customer needs and expectations. A dedicated and specialized Requirements Analyst covers this task of analyzing and eliciting by documenting the requirements as a basis for system design. We release SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) document through this process.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE:
Each project is lead by a Project in-charge followed by a Project Manager. A team leader is assigned to each project who leads a team consisting of senior developers and senior designers.
PROJECT TESTING:
Before the final release of the project, we validate and verify it in three stages:
1.General Testing: In order to check the functionality we perform the general Quality Control test.
2.Code Review: We perform a systematic examination of source codes to find and fix mistakes overlooked in the initial development phase to ensure overall quality of software and the developers’ skills.
3.Beta Testing: Beta versions are released to a limited audience to test and ensure the product has few bugs.

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement): UBA Solutions signs half yearly NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with all of its clients. The NDA will be signed by our head office (Kilgore, Texas) representative.
SOW (Statement of Work): To ensure proper execution of website Design, web development, website maintenance, web marketing or apps development of a client, the head of the development center of UBA Solutions signs SOW (Statement of Work) on monthly basis. The clients’ receive the original copy of SOW sent via courier service.
As customer satisfaction has been an integral part of UBA, receiving this certification and applying it gives us a platform to better serve our customers and better handling of their projects.
