I could not have asked for a more polite, co-operative, understanding, flexible and hard working team as UBA. They understood a complicated e-commerce website with a lot of unique capabilities. The staff were putting in 18 hour days on a regular basis in order to meet the schedule and they made it. I dealt with two people on a frequent basis and their command of the english language is truly excellent; no barriers there whatsoever. UBA went above and beyond the call of duty to provide a professional looking and highly functional website. They were very accommodating in areas that were badly explained or not explained; there was no fuss or complaints about extras that were not in the original scope of work. As always it is a pleasure dealing with UBA Solutions. Very good code work with really good communication. They are always willing to make sure the assignment is to satisfaction.
Only one thing prevents me from giving them a perfect rating and that is their error checking which is not perfect on big assignments.

After originally attempting to develop our software in-house, we soon ran into difficulties and realised there would be no way to complete the project within the allotted time-frame. At this point we started to look into outsourcing our project, and listed our specifications on several Internet sites and opened the project up for bidding. After receiving approximately 50 bids from all over the world, we selected UBA Solutions based on their competitive price, and our review of their previous work which was of a much higher quality then companies whose bids were 3 times UBA Solutions bid.
Working with UBA Solutions was an absolute pleasure. They were on hand to answer questions around 14 hours a day, and when not online would respond first thing the next morning. They involved us throughout the implementation and adapted their solution to fit our changing needs throughout the project life-cycle. After completion of the project, UBA was available whenever we needed, and worked above and beyond what was required in the contract to provide a solution that we were happy with. We look forward to working with UBA again during the next phase of our project.
The benefits of outsourcing are innumerable, and I recommend any company (especially small to medium size companies and start-ups) to look into outsourcing as both a time and a cost saving measure.
